As a RPG fan, whether with pen and paper or as a video game, Ive been thrilled by this small but immersive game. Many answers remain, and I so wish it was longer, but its an excellent surprise! Good job guys, you deserve success.

indie games are usually excellent but this one beats everything. played the browser version and decided to pay and see if there was anything more, and indeed there is. such a wonderful surprise. I feel like I got the bad ending, if there is a good one... must try again. thank you for this brilliant game, such an experience to live! heartbreaking and brilliant.

I randomly discovered this game that offers a completely new experience devoid of graphics, relying on your imagination to make it as captivating as the best fantasy fiction youve ever read !

This simple game quickly becomes addictive and intriguing. Easy to play once in a while, although at the end it is difficult to leave....

A Dark Room is a unique experience. It throws out the graphics appealing environment and immerse you on a great inner story / reflection. It uses elements of idle games and resources management to keep you interested in discovering new features. I would change only one thing though: since one of the most important parts of the game is the story, Id like to be able to keep a log of every accomplishment, news, feature, "things" that happened in order to re-read them and understand better the story, since sometimes youre focused on managing resources and theres a risk of "losing" some piece of it. You know, like a puzzle: every piece I discover, I can see it fitted and slowly see whats going to be the full picture.

This game was a good surprise. Never thought I could get hooked by plain words on a monochromatic background, but I deed. Congratulations on a really cool and unique game!

If you like a good story and a strange addictive game, this is your game!

At the start i almost quit but i needed to know what was going to happen, and suddenly i found myself addicted. Imagination and strategy required to play, fun is certainly a reward, as mindgame too. Thanks Michael and Amir for this amazing experience!

Lasts 3 to 4 hours. No graphs at all, but the focus on gameplay made it well balanced.

I never played a text game before. It was my first. And I love it. So many surprises and mysteries. At some point of the game I knew that it is a piece of art. Im 22 years old and the final dialog gives me a lot of ideas for my project! Thank you, Michael and Amir.
